Optimizing your hearing while you stay at home!

We can now adjust and tune your aids remotely – while you are traveling or not able to visit our offices. You simply download an app on your smartphone and set up an appointment time for us to connect. During an “audio & video” call, we talk with and see each other while our computer temporarily takes control of your smartphone – and your smartphone temporarily takes control of your aids!

You may be surprised when we tell you (many miles away) that we are about to turn off your left hearing aid – and then it goes “off”. Soon, you hear the programming changes taking place and you will experience the improvements you need. Typically, fifteen minutes is all we need to optimize your hearing aids. Then, we look forward to our next “live” meeting!
